It's time again for some retro analog beautiful weirdness at the Cycles & Spots headquarter bringing you 300 fresh new exciting Wav Loops for Ambient and experimental music productions. Once more some of the best 70s synthesizers and stereo recording tools have been used to recreate some of these typical most interesting harmonic and disharmonic sounds that are still refreshing in modern contexts. They come in handy for soundcape building, either in a disturbing as well as in a nice musical way. Perfect for Ambient, Chillout or IDM or even here and there sprinkled onto dance tracks (Background spheres or break effects). Put together some of these loops or get inspired by using single ones. The content is of course key-labeled which makes it easy to find nicely matching ones but you probably also want to go for disharmony vibes with this pack (e.g. hooro soundtracks). Cycles & Spots present an experimental randomizable drum sequencer plugin with unusal grooves / shuffles. 3 samplers can be triggered with 32 sequencers, each with independent length and tempo so that even long modulating rhythms can be created. 50 presets can be used right away or quickly changed with randomize buttons for each sequencer and by selecting different sounds, 420 one-shot samples are included. BeatFreak makes beats / rhythms from standard to super crazy either in a quick simple way or by editing step by step in deep detail. The instrument works with the Sounfont format which can hold multiple Wav files inside, these widely spread and for the most part free downloadable banks can be imported as well.

The concept is capturing interesting sounds made with experimental techniques (e.g. modular synthesis) that are suitable from Ambient to even Dance music productions. This episode features more harmonic and percussive sequences of bass, chord and rhythmic loops. All these come in unusual patterns or sound aesthetics. The content is left dry in terms of effects so that they can be choosen individually. The basic tempo is 120BPM and can be changed with most DAWs to fit certain project styles.
