The Sci Fi themed pads pack is back. This time with playable atmos and more control. 50 evolving pads as Wav files and a Native Instruments Kontakt patch form this great follow up release from Deep Data Loops. The instrument gives you ADSR control plus FX with 2 parameters each. This makes the pads playable. Naturally you can load the Wavs into your favourite sampler without NI Kontakt if you prefer to do so. A must have pack for all Ambient or Chillout producers.

Cycles & Spots are back at NI Reaktor with Coordinates, an instrument featuring 2 sample players and 4 effects that can be manipulated with 12 LFOs. 256 finest loops are implemented which lead to rhythmic and harmonic output like soundscapes, percussive sequences. So this instrument is good for Ambient and Dance stuff as well. 20 presets are included. Even when just solely using the internal sample(s) untouched great results can be archived and the 12 LFOs bring it to the next level with long ongoing possible modulations. DDL has come up with 200 Wav loops and 8 Ableton Live instrument racks all made with the use of granular synthesis.

That’s why these sounds are beautiful, weird or both. The Wav files include evolving pads, rolling rhythms and odd sequences for Deep/ Tech/ Minimal House, Chill Out / Ambient or Experimental Music. The instruments have driving Arpeggiators and strange modulating pads with macro knobs for changing the sounds. 470 MB to create something different.
