DDL compiled the harmonic MIDI files of 120 songs in the 80s Synthpop style in this special pack. Each kit comes usually in the form of a bassline, a chord progression and a melody pattern, sometimes with additional lines. Each folder contains the numbered song parts, the files aren't key-labeled though. This pack is quite fruitfully and long lasting with its amount of content, especially considering that these MIDI files can be used for other musical genres as well. The files are taken from our packs 1980s Style Loops Volume 3, 4 and 80s Synth Pop Ballads.

As the title suggests modular synthesis has been used to archive interesting sounds, in particular 12 patches were made and many variations and mutations have been sampled with lots of modulation. These seemless loops all have 120 BPM and vary from percussive characters to harmonic ones, like odd synth rhythms, rich atmos and most of them are build in a musical context. Layer multiple loops to create starting soundscapes or sprinkle single ones onto existing tracks to spice them up with unusual sounds. That also can work for House music based genres as the tempo fits for that purpose.
