Playground is a creative sample player useful for several genres (Hip Hop, House, Ambient & more). It comes with 50 carefully designed kits, each consists of 16 samples which all go along very well (no need for music theory). These kits consist of drums and or sounds (like chords, bass & more) or a mixture of those. It's fun and easy to play around and quickly get song ideas and variations. It's also possible to use more than one instance to combine different kits to get more complex structures (CPU friendly). This instrument is most fun with a grid / pads MIDI controller but works nicely with any other MIDI device. The onboard effects (reverb, delay, chorus, phaser, pitch / pan LFO) and the amp envelope let you shape the sound some more. This instrument is meant to give you quick and direct inspirations without thinking too much.

All about the human feel here with acoustic drum kits, percussion, electric pianos and guitars (bass & lead) to represent a blend of the 60s / 70s sound in modern clean mixes. There is no strict quantization in these kits to keep it real. Edit, expand, arrange these kits or use single loops to get inspired. Either way, add a little of your taste and you will have seom smooth songs in no time. All royalty free of course.

Cycles & Spots return with another instrument for NI Reaktor, this time a sampler filled with 270 soulful loops (90 Kits) and a chop engine which also let's you process these further. This sample slicer is usable for soulful stuff obviously plus for Hip Hop / Downtempo and even House music productions. A reel tape and vinyl simulation is added to get the authentic feel. Additionally you can dial in a delay and a reverb effect. You can chop up the kits up to 64 slices and each of the kit's 3 tracks can be offset individually. All controls can be mapped (Reaktor standard) and therefor sequenced modulation can make your creations more alive and arrangeable. Each Track can be routed to external outputs as well. You could fill in your own samples if they consist of 3 fitting tracks, although not intended.
