Ambient Roulette

DDL´s latest release features 20 Ambient themes and its components for producing Chill Out or for the use in games, installations, short movies etc.

Contact mics were used to create 682 MB of cool Sound FX, plus quality Pads and Ambiences were added on top.

All 87 loops are 31 seconds long and perfectly looped to make them amusing for hours, either in the back or foreground. Royalty free as always.

Deep Data Loops are back with 10 more superb Vaporwave construction kits featuring Wav loops and the corresponding MIDI files. Once more the aesthetics of Vaporwave - 80s influenced sounds, slowed down tempo, a bit of beautiful cheesiness and a gritty overall style with much reverb – have been used to create these 10 kits. There are several ways to approach productions with this pack. You could go fully Vaporwave with adding more effects or degrading the sound, repeat triggers and so on with the full mixdowns but you can also go deeper with manipulating single tracks (bass, pad, drums etc.). Another option is to go the Synth Pop route, maybe speeding up the tempo for this and keeping all pristine. Or maybe use single elements for modern productions. Either way the given MIDI files allow you to exchange all sounds if you wish to.

Another great additive synthesis based synth for Native Instruments Reaktor from Cycles & Spots great for the genres Ambient, Cinematic, Abstract and even for some danceable stuff. It comes with 100 presets, half of them are controlled via MIDI input and the other 50 make use of the inbuild step sequencer. The presets range from beautiful to weird in a good sense and percussive elements. The instruments allows you to step or scan through 4 additive oscillators to create interresting sounds and sequences. The scanning is done by an LFO which can be set from sine to random, so ongoing modulation could be set up. There are 2 combfilters included, one for the left and one for the right channel to manipulate the stereo field. A resonator can make the sounds string like and add a spring reverb style character. Speaking of, there is an extensive reverb to round things of.
