Much like the original style these loops are made from real life recordings and then were transformed into new contexts, sometimes rhythmical and other times on the texture side. Tape mimicking techniques were used and also modernized effects like buffer manipulation were added to keep the spirit of the genre but resulting in still fresh sounding material to create temporary Ambient music with a certain edge.
