Cycles & Spots are back with interesting Ambient / Experimental content in the form of 300 Wav loops. These loops contain content in the categories textures, granular and vox, meaning there's everything in it to build song structures or soundscapes in the wide realm of Ambient and / or Experimental music. Mostly modular synthesis has been used to archive the targeted results and some granular synthesis as well. Single loops can be used to start creations and also multiple loops can be layered. The content may also be just what is missing in already started projects. In any way, there's lot to explore within these 1.5 Gigabyte of content from the 2nd installment of Abstract Ambient.

300 more Wav loops of great odd 1970s synthesizer content for Experimental / Ambient / IDM productions from Cycles & Spots. These are up to 16 bars long. Once more you can expect weird powerful synth madness from the best analog machines of the 70s, some of a rhythmical and some of a harmonic or disharmonic nature, sometimes in between. All great for the use in slower chilled projects (Original recordings 90 BPM) but these could be speeded up for Dance stuff possibly. This time West coast synthesis also has been used along the previous East coast only synthesis. Most of the content can be used in modern contexts as well, the sounds are rather unconventional / not Pop / Underground in any case. In the audio demo you always hear 2-3 loops layered.

Cycles & Spots present the follow up to Rhythm, a percussion instrument for Native Instruments' Reaktor. 800 fresh new loops are integrated in this version which also offers extended functionality. 8 sample players can be seperatly manipulated in loop range (so polyrhythms can be made), start, frequency, playback modes & speeds. Rhythm 2 also let's you now use a 4 band equalizer and apply 4 effects for each player seperaty. These effects are reverb, delay, tremolo (panner) and a phaser. Simple inspirations and complex percussive structures can be easily made from experimental material up to full House Music based beats. Snapshots (presets) can be triggered via MIDI input and like this bigger structures (song mode) can be crafted. 50 snapshots are integrated. Samples vary from top loops, kicks, traditional percussion, 808s, kitchen recordings to even full beats. The instrument features also seperate mono outputs for each sampler for those who prefer this over the in-built effects.
