Once more you can expect weird powerful synth madness from the best analog machines of the 70s, some of a rhythmical and some of a harmonic or disharmonic nature, sometimes in between. All great for the use in slower chilled projects (Original recordings 90 BPM) but these could be speeded up for Dance stuff possibly. This time West coast synthesis also has been used along the previous East coast only synthesis. Most of the content can be used in modern contexts as well, the sounds are rather unconventional / not Pop / Underground in any case. In the audio demo you always hear 2-3 loops layered.

Cycles & Spots deliver another fine instrument for NI Reaktor for producing in musical genres ranging from Ambient to Deep Tech. This one creates rhythmical arpeggio-like sequences based on hundrets of one shot samples. These "cycles" are synced to your DAW and can be harmonically tuned by MIDI input. You have several controls to influence the pattern and to edit the given effects reverb, delay and filter. The sequence can also jump between different sounds and can randomly pan.

Cycles & Spots have created a generative (self-playing) wavetable synthesizer for NI Reaktor. It is perfect for Ambient / Abstract music productions and can generate ever modulating sounds. It features 2 wavetable oscillators that are triggered by an LFO each. These syncable LFOS have various shapes including sample & hold and can be cross-modulated. They also can influence the wave positions. These LFOs bring lots of life into the potentially ever modulating sound. Random pitch can be applied and also quantized to certain scales and keys. Last but not least 4 added effects (frequency shifter with its own 3rd LFO, grain delay with more random options, diffusion delay, reverb) round up the output and make it sound spacy/ roomy and dimensional in terms of the stereo field. Spawn is great for sound design and creating soundscapes or effect sounds, both harmonic and disharmonic.
