The content is left dry in terms of effects so that they can be choosen individually. The basic tempo is 120BPM and can be changed with most DAWs to fit certain project styles.

Tape mimicking techniques were used (Speed / Cutting / Rearranging, Delay / Tape Heads, Wow, Flutter) and also modernized effects like buffer manipulation were added to keep the spirit of the genre but resulting in still fresh sounding material to create temporary Ambient music with a certain edge.
